Coming from a sporty family, I played mainly football as well as all kinds of other sports from a young age. I played football for Surrey County at semi pro level and found competing at a high level extremely motivating. The experience has helped me build my confidence and knowledge.

I have been working in the fitness industry since 2007 and I am lucky to have met a range of people from different backgrounds and fitness levels who I have continually striven to help meet their goals.

Using my knowledge of effective and safe exercises, I will look to challenge you and help you achieve the goals we set when we meet.
